As you will have noticed our new path, fences and vegetable garden and are all now in place. The children and staff are enjoying using the new path and have commented on how it encourages children of all ages and staff to chat during their walk. We are keen now to get the vegetable garden up and running, and are still looking for volunteers to help us with a range of projects, including wheel barrowing the left over gravel to the polytunnel and begin the planting process. If you have any unwanted gardening equipment/seeds/pots etc, all will be gratefully received. We are looking forward to embarking in the next phase of our project which will involve setting up the vegetable garden and creating our willow structures.
School Council The school council is made up of representatives from Years 2-6 who are elected by the rest of the school population each Autumn term. This year's council very quickly got to work asking the children what improvements they would like to see in school. Here is what they have achieved so far:
